Oh. Yes. People who believe they live in the town, that town is normal. They are drones.
Sometimes if you are punished the town will "brainwash" you and you will act like a drone. However this does not last as long....but if it does last long. They have become a drone. Like all the others in the town and will believe they...are supposed to be here..
