017- [action] And things are quiet once again....

[This week in mayfield had been especially rough on everyone. Hitler was no exception. Since the only other person in his house was a robot, he'd decided it was safer to drink the milk himself. So he went down every morning, snagged a bottle, and hid in his room. Every day. And every day, he'd gotten the poison. So he'd been dead for most of the week.


But he's trying not to think about that. Today, he just wants to relax a little. Which is why he's in the park  with his sewing supplies. He appears to be making tiny, stuffed sheep. And he's tying different colored ribbon around thier necks. With different little charms on them. They're pretty cute, actually. And he's just putting the finishing touches on one right now.]


There. All done.



I wonder who I should give this one to...?

You're probably right about that. But I'm not really sure how useful a fancy sheep would be in that department.

[Hmmm.... Hitler's met a few people who either aren't from earth or are from alternate realities or whatever. It's strange, but not unheard of in Mayfield.]

What's Westport? I've heard it bein' mentioned before, but I've got no idea what it is.

[He looks surprised. Ever since the pamphlet started circulating, most people have heard of Westport.]

Westport is the next town over. It was like Mayfield once....

We still don't know exactly what happened there, but there was some kind of battle, and the whole place was destroyed....

I'm not sure.... There was that old west town, and Maipole...


But honestly, I'm not a hundred percent sure those were even real. Maipole might have been, but the western town was probably a joke..

[ Firo hesitates for a moment. The fact that there could be other towns like Mayfield makes the whole thing scarier. What if the people who leave just wind up in another Mayfield? ]
